摘要

针对当前国内医院患者服务平台研发周期长、服务业务不连贯、使用率低、覆盖范围小、智慧化程度低等弊端,青岛大学附属医院研发了基于患者体验的智慧服务平台.该智慧服务平台以微信小程序为使用接口,采用人工智能、大数据、云计算、5G通信等核心技术,与各院区多个临床业务系统交互,为患者提供覆盖诊前、诊中、诊后的全流程智慧化服务,实现了"一机在手,百事服务",弥补了当前医院患者服务平台的不足.同时使医院的患者服务流程得到优化,管理效率得以提升.

Abstract

Aiming at the drawbacks of the current hospital patient service platform in China,such as long re-search and development cycle,incoherent service operations,low usage rate,small coverage,and low degree of intelligence,the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University has developed an intelligent service platform based on pa-tient experience.The platform uses WeChat applet as the interface,adopts artificial intelligence,big data,cloud computing,5G communication and other core technologies,interacts with multiple clinical business systems in each hospital district,and provides patients with full-process intelligent services covering pre-diagnosis,diagnosis,and post-diagnosis,realising"one machine in hand,all services",and compensating for the shortcomings of the cur-rent patient service platform of the hospital.Service platform to make up for the shortcomings of the current hospital patient service platform.Besides,the hospital's patient service process has been optimised and management effi-ciency has been improved.
