Research on the Accuracy of Hospital Drug Reporting under the Background of Centralized Procurement of Drugs
Objective To analyze the current situation of matching between the drug reporting of medical institutions and the actual demand under the background of centralized procurement of drugs, and to provide reference for improving the accuracy of medical institutions'drug reporting. Methods The agreed procurement and actual procurement data of the first five batches of centralized procurement drugs in China were used, and the difference and percentage were used to describe the accuracy of the centralized procurement drug reporting from absolute and relative numbers. Results Among the 8 183 groups of forecast and actual procurement in the five batches of centralized procurement,6 842 groups reported lower than the actual purchase volume, and 1 341 groups reported higher than the actual purchase quantity, and the difference between them was concentrated between 100 000 to 1 million pieces(100 000,1 000 000].About 15%of the reported volume and the actual demand differed with in 0.2,about 37%report differed from 0.2 to 1.0(0,0.2],and the proportion of drugs in the(0,0.2]range of each batch remained between 13%and 16%.Drug reporting accuracy varied between pharmacological types and did not vary between regions. Conclusion The deviation between the drug reporting volume of medical institutions and the actual demand is large, and the accuracy of drug reporting does not improve with the batch of centralized procurement, which is strongly related to the pharmacological type and has nothing to do with the region. It is recommended to strengthen the refined management of hospital drug reporting, scientifically develop a drug dosage prediction model, and improve the accuracy of medical institutions'drug reporting.
