Study on the Construction of Evaluation Index System for High Quality Development of County-level Pub-lic Hospitals Based on Three-dimensional Quality Evaluation Model
Objective Based on the Donabedian three-dimensional quality evaluation model,it constructs the evaluation index system of high-quality development of county-level public hospitals,which provides a reference for measuring the level of high-quality development of county-level public hospitals in a scientific and systematic way.Methods Through sorting out the literature and policies related to the high-quality development of county-level public hospitals,the connotation of high-quality development is clarified,the first draft of the evaluation index system is formulated,and two rounds of Delphi expert consultation are carried out to determine the evaluation index system.Results The positive coefficients of experts in two rounds are 100％,the authority coefficients of experts are 0.789 and 0.816,and the Kendall's W coordination coefficients are increasing round by round,and the evaluation index system covering 3 first-level indexes,9 second-level indexes,and 35 third-level indexes is finally established.Conclusion The evaluation index system of high quality development of county-level public hospitals constructed has certain reliability and scientificity,and provides a basis for evaluating and improving the level of high quality development of county-level public hospitals.
