Construction and Application of a Quality-sensitive Indicator System for the Management of In-hospital Transfer of Surgical Patients
Objective To establish and apply a quality-sensitive index system for hospital transport management of surgical patients.Methods Based on literature review and 2 rounds of expert letter consultation,the quality sensitive index system and weight of intraoperative patient transport management were constructed.To evaluate the quality of in-hospital transport management of surgical patients by using sensitive indicators,and compare the application effects of sensitive indicators in July 2022 and July 2023.Results The quality-sensitive index system for intra-hospital transport management of surgical patients was established,which included 3 primary indexes,8 secondary indexes and 41 tertiary indexes.From July 2022 to July 2023,the passing rate of transport personnel's transport knowledge assessment increased from 62.90％to 99.30％,the passing rate of transport reality assessment increased from 79.68％to 99.65％,the completion rate of transport tools increased from 91.97％to 99.60％,and the preparation rate of surgical patient-related items increased from 82％to 99％.The correct rate of standardized handover with receiving departments increased from 81％to 98％,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜O.001).Conclusion The quality sensitive index system of intraoperative patient transport management promoted the improvement of intraoperative patient transport management quality.
