Construction of Evaluation Index System of Clinical Teachers'Teaching Ability Based on TPACK Model
Objective To establish the evaluation index system for clinical teachers'teaching ability so as to pro-vide instrumental support for the enhancement of the ranks of clinical teachers in medical colleges and clinical teaching bases.Methods To adopted literature analysis and structured interview to establish the evaluation index item pool,Delphi method to screen and modify the evaluation index,and Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the evalua-tion index weight.Results The enthusiasm coefficient of the two rounds of expert was 100%,The expert authority coefficient was 0.859,The second round expert coordination coefficient was 0.531~0.613.The evaluation index system of clinical teachers'teaching ability constructed in the present study consisted of 4 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators and 34 third-level indicators,and all the determined indicator weights passed the consis-tency test.Conclusion The initiative,authority and consistency of expert consultants are rather high,and the evalu-ation index system constructed has high credibility,which can be used as a tool for training and evaluating the pro-fessional development of clinical teachers.
