Effect Analysis of Clinical Probation Teaching Management in Neurology Based on CDIO Model
Objective To explore the application effect of CDIO teaching mode in clinical probation teaching of neu-rology department and improve the management effect of clinical probation teaching.Methods 90 rotating clinical in-terns in neurology department of a hospital in Heilongjiang Province were randomly divided into control group and ex-perimental group.Rank sum test and t test were used to compare the teaching effect difference between traditional teaching mode and CDIO teaching mode.Results Correlation analysis showed that the average scores of students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group in theory assessment,skill assessment,inde-pendent learning ability and clinical thinking ability(P<0.05),and the experimental group could significantly im-prove students'evaluation of training(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups on the rationality of the course schedule,the classroom pressure atmosphere and the improvement of practical opera-tion ability(P>0.05).Conclusion CDIO teaching mode can effectively improve the theory,clinical skills,thinking and other comprehensive qualities of neurology interns,and provide ideas for the future exploration of clinical proba-tion teaching management.
