基于CDIO模式的神经内科临床见习教学管理效果分析

目的 探讨CDIO教学模式在神经内科临床见习教学中的应用效果,提升临床见习教学管理效果.方法 以黑龙江省某医院的90名神经内科轮转临床实习生为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,采用秩和检验和t检验比较传统教学和CDIO教学模式的教学效果差异.结果 相关性分析结果显示,实验组的学生在理论成绩、技能成绩、自主学习能力及临床思维能力平均分均高于对照组(P<0.05),且实验组可明显提升学员对培训的评价(P<0.05),而两组学生对课程时间安排合理性、课堂压力氛围、提高实践操作能力的看法差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 使用CDIO教学模式可有效提升神经内科临床见习生的理论及临床技能、思维等综合素质,为今后临床见习教学管理的探索提供了思路.
Effect Analysis of Clinical Probation Teaching Management in Neurology Based on CDIO Model
Objective To explore the application effect of CDIO teaching mode in clinical probation teaching of neu-rology department and improve the management effect of clinical probation teaching.Methods 90 rotating clinical in-terns in neurology department of a hospital in Heilongjiang Province were randomly divided into control group and ex-perimental group.Rank sum test and t test were used to compare the teaching effect difference between traditional teaching mode and CDIO teaching mode.Results Correlation analysis showed that the average scores of students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group in theory assessment,skill assessment,inde-pendent learning ability and clinical thinking ability(P<0.05),and the experimental group could significantly im-prove students'evaluation of training(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups on the rationality of the course schedule,the classroom pressure atmosphere and the improvement of practical opera-tion ability(P>0.05).Conclusion CDIO teaching mode can effectively improve the theory,clinical skills,thinking and other comprehensive qualities of neurology interns,and provide ideas for the future exploration of clinical proba-tion teaching management.
