摘要
中西医协同"旗舰"医院建设是推动公立医院高质量发展和提升中西医结合治疗地位与效果的重要举措.通过搜集全国62家中西医协同"旗舰"医院建设单位的数据,从区域布局、实践经验、现实问题3个方面解析建设现状,并结合政策目标,提出未来中西医协同"旗舰"医院高质量发展的关键路径:坚持党建引领,构建中西医协同"旗舰"医院评价指标体系,多元主体协作建立长效保障机制,引入精益管理,推进数智化建设.
Abstract
The construction of"flagship"hospitals of the synergy of Chinese and Western medicine is promoting of quality development of public hospitals and for enhancing the status and effectiveness of integrated Chinese and Western medicines in the treatment of patients.By collecting data from 62"flagship"hospitals in China,it analyzed the current situation of the construction from the aspects of regional layout,practical experience,and practical problems,and proposed the key paths for the future high-quality development of the"flagship"hospitals of the synergy of Chinese and Western medicines in the light of the policy objectives:adhering to the leadership of Party building,constructing the evaluation index system of the"flagship"hospitals of Chinese and Western medicine collaboration,establishing a long-term safeguard mechanism through the collaboration of multiple main bodies,introducing lean management,and promoting the construction of digital intelligence.
