Influencing Factors of Information Sharing Behavior of Medical Association Members from the Perspec-tive of Configuration
Objective To explore the factors that affect the sharing behavior of medical information and to provide empirical evidence for promoting the sharing of medical information. Methods Questionnaire survey was used to in-vestigate the sharing behavior of medical information among the staff in the member hospitals of the medical union.Based on TOE theory,a theoretical framework of configuration effects with 8 influencing factors in 3 dimensions of technology, organization and environment was constructed based on the data obtained from the questionnaire. The factors affecting the sharing behavior of diagnosis and treatment information in medical union were analyzed by fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis. Results Three behavioral configuration paths for promoting medical informa-tion sharing were obtained, and government support and citizen demand were identified as necessary conditions, while industry environment was the core condition. Conclusion The support of the government system is crucial to the information sharing decision of the members of the medical association. The demand of the public for medical data sharing service is an important driving force for the information sharing behavior of the members of the medi-cal association. The recognition and cooperation of the medical staff is the internal guarantee for the effectiveness of the information sharing behavior of the members of the medical association.
