With the rise of new quality productivity,it has injected a strong driving force for the development of various fields,including public hospitals.Besides,it brings a new opportunity for the development of public hospi-tals,also poses a severe challenge to its traditional management mode.Based on the analysis of the current situa-tion and existing problems of public hospital management mode,the role path and cases of new quality productivity in the reform of public hospital management mode are analyzed from three aspects:new workers,new labor materi-als and new labor objects,and the necessity,measures and trend of the reform of public hospital management mode are deeply discussed.
