In recent years,the operating pressure of Chinese public hospitals continues to increase.Clinical physicians,representing the advanced productive forces of public hospitals,reshaping the performance management mechanism for clinical physicians from the perspective of new-quality productive forces to stimulate their productive vitality is of great significance for promoting public hospitals to enhance their value creation capabilities and break through operational predicaments.The innovative performance management mechanism focuses on the"three high"characteristics of new-quality productive forces and comprehensively measures the performance bonuses of clinical physicians through three major aspects:workload performance,cost management performance,and special incentives.Meanwhile,a benefit analysis of key indicators before and after the implementation in the case hospital was conducted.The data indicates that improvements have been achieved in medical service capabilities,operational efficiency,cost control,medical insurance management,and sustainable development.The role of this innovative performance management mechanism in generating new impetus for hospital development has gradually emerged.
