Research on Construction of the Competency Model of Senior Chinese Medicine Practitioners Based on Exploratory Factor Analysis
Objective To understand the competency quality of senior Chinese medicine practitioners and construct a competency model of senior Chinese medicine practitioners.Methods Literature research method,expert consultation method,behavioral event interview method and questionnaire survey method were used to screen model indicators,collect data,and use exploratory factor analysis method to build the model.Results The senior Chinese medicine practitioner competency model consists of six factors and 26 indicators including medical and related knowledge mastery,clinical skills and scientific research quality,interpersonal communication ability,management ability,humanistic literacy and Chinese medicine thinking.Conclusion The constructed competency model of senior Chinese medicine practitioners has good stability,which not only provides guidance for human resource management practices such as recruitment,training and performance appraisal of senior Chinese medicine practitioners,but also provides a reference for promoting the reform of the system and mechanism of talent development in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
