Research on green technology collaborative innovation mechanism of marine ranching enterprises:a qualitative research based on Grounded theory
Green technology collaborative innovation is crucial for marine ranching enterprises to achieve sustainable development. However,in practice, there are several challenges, including insufficient motivation for innovation, innovation risks, failed collaborative cooperation, and unmeasurable innovation performance. To address these issues,a collaborative perspective is necessary. To systematically reveal the operation law of collaborative innovation in green technology, this article interprets the mechanism system of green technology collaborative innovation in marine ranching enterprises using grounded theory. The role of each innovation mechanism is explored and verified through structural equation modeling. The collaborative innovation mechanism of marine ranching enterprises consists of the motivation, behavior evolution, risk management, performance evaluation, and guarantee mechanisms. The motivation and safeguard mechanisms of green technology innovation in marine ranching enterprises have a positive and significant influence on the behavior evolution mechanism.Similarly, the behavior evolution mechanism and safeguard mechanism have a significant and positive influence on the risk management mechanism. The risk management mechanism has a positive and significant influence on the performance evaluation mechanism. The innovation performance evaluation mechanism of marine ranching enterprises directly and significantly influences the green technology innovation behavior.Together, the motivation mechanism, behavior evolution mechanism, risk management mechanism, and performance evaluation mechanism constitute the green technology collaborative innovation mechanism of marine ranching enterprises. It is found that motivation mechanism, behavior evolution mechanism and risk management mechanism have an indirect driving effect on green technology collaborative innovation behavior.
