Research on the coupling and coordinated relationship between national marine park construction and high-quality development of marine economy in China's coastal provinces
This paper constructs an evaluation index system for the construction of national marine parks and high-quality development of marine economy,adopts the entropy method to determine the weights of various indicators,and studies the coupling and coordinated relationship between the construction of national marine parks and high-quality development of marine economy in the nine coastal provinces(regions)based on a coupling coordination model.The results show that during the sample period,the comprehensive evaluation scores for the construction of national marine parks and high-quality development of the marine economy in the nine coastal provinces(regions)are characterized by non-equilibrium and non-smoothness.The results of the coupling coordination degree show that there is a clear demarcation between the coupling coordination degree of the construction of national marine parks and the high-quality development of the marine economy in each province(region),and the coupling stage of the two systems is mostly in the antagonism and friction stage,and it is mainly manifested in the low coupling and medium coupling coordination level.From the results of the gray correlation analysis,it can be seen that the indicators with the highest coupling and coordination degree with the two systems of the nine coastal provinces(regions)are all indicators that reflect the high-quality development of the marine economy.This paper analyzes the coupling and coordinated relationship between the construction of national marine parks and the high-quality development of the marine economy in nine coastal provinces(regions)to provide references for promoting the positive interaction between the construction of national marine parks and the high-quality development of the marine economy.
