摘要
作为优质蛋白的主要来源,水产品是国民"菜篮子"的重要组成部分.由于生长快、营养好,罗氏沼虾从1976年被我国引进后迅速得到推广,在品种培育、育苗技术、养殖模式、饲料生产、病害防治和加工市场等全产业链环节均得到了较大发展.文章从养殖规模、品种与养殖模式、营养饲料、病害、市场与加工市场等方面对罗氏沼虾产业进行系统分析,立足当前罗氏沼虾产业发展过程中存在的种质资源多样性水平相对较低、优质种苗供应不足、绿色防控与健康营养技术研究缺乏等短板,提出了加强种质收集和种业培育、加快良种良法配套研究、加大病害防控研究、增强要素保障等,以期为相关养殖主体和政府部门提供参考,推动罗氏沼虾产业高质量发展.
Abstract
As a major base of the superior protein,aquatic products are an important part of the national"vegetable basket".Due to its fast growth and abundant nutrition,Macrobrachium Rosenbergii has been rapidly promoted since its introduction to China in 1976.The industry of Macrobrachium Rosenbergii has developed rapidly including seedling cultivation,aquaculture,feed production,disease control and processing market.This article systematically analyzes the Macrobrachium Rosenbergii industry from the aspects of breeding scale,variety and breeding mode,nutritional feed,disease,price and processing market,based on the shortcomings of the current industry,this paper proposes to strengthen germplasm collection and breeding,accelerate research on supporting good varieties and laws,increase research on disease prevention and control,and enhance factor guarantee,in order to provide reference for relevant breeding entities and government departments,and promote the high-quality development of Macrobrachium Rosenbergii's industry.
