Empirical analysis on the impact of environmental regulations on the operational risks of marine-related enterprises
In the context of accelerating the development of marine green economy and building a maritime power,scientific assessment of the impact of heterogeneous environmental regulation on the operational risk of marine-related enterprises is of great significance for protecting the marine ecological environment and promoting the high-quality development of marine.Taking the listed enterprises related to marine from 2007 to 2022 as samples,this paper explores the impact of environmental regulations on the operational risks of listed enterprises related to marine.The results show that formal environmental regulations significantly reduce the operational risks of marine-related enterprises,while informal environmental regulations significantly increase the operational risks of marine-related enterprises.In the critical period of accelerating the construction of a maritime power and promoting the high-quality development of marine,this study provides theoretical support for the development of marine-related enterprises and theoretical inspiration for the policy formulation of relevant departments.
