Research on countermeasures for promoting high-quality development of the fisheries industry in Baoshan City,Yunnan Province
In the context of the All-encompassing approach to food,the urgent need for the transformation of fisheries towards high-quality development is evident.For researching how to promote the high-quality development of the fisheries industry and accelerate the overall transformation and upgrading of the city's fisheries in Baoshan City,this article adopts methods such as field visits,data analysis,gathering suggestions,and summarizing experiences.It points out the development shortcomings in Baoshan City,including reduced aquaculture area,inadequate infrastructure,insufficient funding,low technological content,and extensive management methods.After comprehensive analysis,it proposes strategies such as strengthening institutional guarantees,stabilizing supply capacity and quality,enhancing technologic al innovation,improving development efficiency,enhancing development momentum,developing a modern fisheries industry system,and promoting the optimization and upgrading of the fisheries economy.
