Marine ranching is a widely used marine fisheries development initiative.As a developed country in marine ranching construction,Norway's experience in marine ranching legislation has a certain reference significance for China's marine ranching construction.Through the literature review of the Norway marine ranching legislation background and the main content of legislation,combined the problems existing in the development of China's marine ranching construction,this paper analyzes the inspiration of Norway's marine ranching legislation to China's marine ranching construction,and puts forward the development of China's marine ranching construction proposals as followings.Raise awareness of eco-environmental protection and strengthen integrated planning,formulate relevant laws and regulations to provide policy protection,clarify the responsibilities and powers of relevant departments and improve the regulatory system.
