摘要
针对渔港经济区建设过程中遇到的独特基础条件和现实问题,分析浙江岱山渔港经济区发展优势及存在不足,认为当前存在产业链条有待完善、码头后方可用陆域不够、渔港生产与城镇风貌存在冲突、休闲渔业发展较缓等问题.针对上述问题研究阐明岱山县渔港经济区高质量发展措施,包括开辟新的岸线和陆域建设渔业产业园、传统岸线保留避风系泊功能同时建设美丽渔港发展休闲渔业、结合美丽渔村建设促进渔旅融合发展等.探索提出产业集群发展、提升水产加工水平、促进交易物流发展、打造地方海鲜特色品牌、传统渔港与城镇和谐发展、大力发展休闲渔业等我国渔港经济区高质量发展措施的建议.
Abstract
In view of the unique basic conditions and practical problems encountered in the construction of the fishing port economic zone,this paper analyzes the development advantages and shortcomings of the Daishan fishing port economic zone.It is believed that there are problems such as incomplete industrial chains,insufficient land available behind docks,conflicts between fishing port production and urban landscape,and slow development of leisure fisheries.To solve the above problems,this paper clarifies the measures for the high-quality development of Daishan fishing port economic zone,including opening up new shorelines and building fishery industrial parks in land areas,retaining the sheltered mooring function of the traditional shoreline while building beautiful fishing ports to develop recreational fisheries,and promoting the integration of fishing and tourism in combination with the construction of beautiful fishing villages.Explore and propose high-quality development measures for China's fishing port economic zone,including industrial cluster development,improvement of aquatic processing level,promotion of trading and logistics development,creation of local seafood characteristic brand,harmonious development of traditional fishing ports and urban areas,and vigorous development of leisure fisheries.
