As a new engine driving China's sustainable economic development,the digital economy provides new ideas and feasible paths for promoting the green development of the marine economy.Based on the panel data of 11 coastal provinces from 2011 to 2019,this paper uses the Principal Component Analysis Method to measure the development level of digital economy,and uses the Super-efficiency SBM Model and GML index to measure the Green Total Factor productivity of marine economy,and then explores the impact of digital economy on the Green Total Factor Productivity of marine economy and its mechanism.It is found that digital economy has a significant promoting effect on the growth of Green Total Factor Productivity in Marine economy,especially on the progress of green technology in marine economy.At the regional level,compared with the eastern and northern marine economic circles,the digital economy can release more"green dividends"in the southern marine economic circle.Further analysis of the mechanism of action shows that environmental regulation is an important channel for digital economy to promote the growth of Green Total Factor Productivity in Marine economy.Therefore,promoting the digital transformation of the marine industry is an important path for the growth of Green Total Factor Productivity in the marine economy.
