摘要
文章从创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五个维度构建我国沿海省市海洋经济高质量发展水平的综合评价指标体系,并基于2011-2020年11个沿海省市(除港澳台地区,下同)的面板数据,运用熵值法对我国沿海省市海洋经济高质量发展水平的综合指数及五个子系统指数进行测度.结合Dagum基尼系数进一步揭示了我国11个沿海省市海洋经济高质量发展水平的时空差异.研究发现:从时序演变特征来看,我国沿海省市海洋经济高质量发展水平无论从整体得分还是细分得分来看,总体上呈现上升态势;从空间分异特征来看,我国海洋经济高质量发展水平存在明显的区域差异,且主要来源于区域内差异.就区域内差异来看,南部海洋圈差异最大,东部海洋圈差异最小.
Abstract
This article constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for the high-quality development level of marine economy in coastal provinces and cities in China from five dimensions:innovation,coordination,green development,openness,and sharing.Based on panel data from 11 coastal provinces and cities(except for Hong Kong,Macau,and Taiwan,the same applies below)from 2011 to 2020,the Entropy Method is used to measure the comprehensive index and five sub-system indices of the high-quality development level of marine economy in coastal provinces and cities in China.Combined with the Dagum Gini Coefficient,the article further reveals the temporal and spatial differences in the high-quality development level of marine economy in China's 11 coastal provinces and cities.The study finds that,from the perspective of temporal evolution characteristics,the high-quality development level of marine economy in coastal provinces and cities of China,whether in terms of overall scores or sub-scores,shows an upward trend overall.From the perspective of spatial differentiation characteristics,there are significant regional differences in the high-quality development level of marine economy in China,and these differences mainly originate from within-region differences.Specifically,the within-region difference is the largest in the southern marine circle and the smallest in the eastern marine circle.
