中国沿海省份渔业经济碳排放效率时空格局及影响因素分析

渔业碳排放效率的提升能够有效降低碳排放、实现低碳经济,对实现我国"双碳"目标具有重要意义.本文以2010-2022年中国沿海10个省市作为研究对象,使用超效率SBM模型测算渔业碳排放效率,并通过标准差椭圆分析渔业碳排放效率的时空结构特征,最后通过STIRPAT模型探讨渔业碳排放的影响因素.研究发现:我国沿海地区部分省份渔业经济碳排放效率呈下降趋势;我国沿海省份渔业经济碳排放效率差异经历了"下降—上升—下降"的过程;我国沿海省份渔业经济碳排放效率经历了由"北—南—北"的空间移动趋势;渔业专业化程度、富裕程度、技术水平、产业结构对渔业经济碳排放效率均会产生一定的影响.基于以上研究结论,提出合理化政策建议:推广低碳、环保渔业生产技术方法;建立健全渔业碳排放效率监测与评估;制定差异化碳减排策略;优化渔业产业结构.
Research and analysis on the spatiotemporal pattern and influencing factors of carbon emission efficiency in the fishery economy of coastal provinces in China
The improvement of carbon emission efficiency in fisheries can effectively reduce carbon emissions and achieve a low-carbon economy,which is of great significance for achieving China's"dual carbon"goals.This study takes 10 coastal provinces in China from 2010 to 2022 as the research object,uses the super efficiency SBM model to calculate the carbon emission efficiency of fisheries,analyzes the spatiotemporal structural characteristics of fishery carbon emission efficiency through standard deviation ellipse,and finally explores the influencing factors of fishery carbon emissions through the STIRPAT model.This research has found that the carbon emission efficiency of fishery economy in some coastal provinces of China is showing a downward trend.The difference in carbon emission efficiency of fishery economy in coastal provinces of China has gone through a process of"decrease-increase-decrease".The carbon emission efficiency of fishery economy in coastal provinces of China has experienced a spatial shift trend from"north-south-north".The degree of specialization,wealth,technological level,and industrial structure in the fishing industry will have a certain impact on the carbon emission efficiency of the fishing economy.Based on the above research findings,reasonable policy recommendations are proposed as followings.Promote low-carbon and environmentally friendly fishery production technologies and methods.Establish and improve monitoring and evaluation of fishery carbon emission efficiency.Develop differentiated carbon reduction strategies.Optimize the structure of the fishery industry.
