The cultivation of loach is one of the special agricultural industries in Lianyungang City.The Dunshang Town in Lianyungang City has a long history of loach cultivation development,dating back more than 30 years,and it was designated as a national export quality and safety demonstration zone for loach in 2012.In recent years,due to market competition,environmental pressure and other factors,the scale of loach cultivation in Lianyungang City has shrunk significantly,and the cultivation area has continued to shrink.In order to safeguard the interests of local loach export enterprises and farmers and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the industry,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of Lianyungang's loach industry through on-site surveys and data analysis,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of Lianyungang loach industry,including rational planning and layout,guiding the sustainable and healthy development of the industry,extending the industrial chain and promoting industrial transformation and upgrading,and strengthening industry supervision and improving product quality and safety levels.
