Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)refers to the reflux of gastroduodenal contents into the esophagus, causing symptoms such as acid reflux, heartburn, and chest pain, and the incidence is high.A large number of studies have shown that GERD is closely related to mental and psychological factors, especially disorders such as anxiety, depression and so on.This review summarizes the therapeutic drugs for GERD and GERD with anxiety and depression, analyzes the mechanism of these drugs, and points out that new anti-GERD drugs combined with anti-anxiety and depression drugs and psychotherapy may be the key to efficacy by comparing the therapeutic effects, which provides a reference for clinical treatment.
