新型冠状病毒感染可能导致糖尿病的机制探讨

摘要
新型冠状病毒感染与糖尿病之间存在密切关系,许多研究发现新型冠状病毒流行期间,糖尿病发病率明显升高,新型冠状病毒感染可能是糖尿病发病的危险因素.本文通过文献回顾,分析总结新型冠状病毒感染可能导致糖尿病发病的病理机制.新冠病毒感染通过炎症免疫反应、激活肾素血管紧张素醛固酮系统、破坏胰腺内分泌细胞及微脉管系统或者接受糖皮质激素治疗,导致胰岛素分泌障碍及胰岛素抵抗.在糖尿病潜在倾向患者中最终导致了糖尿病的发病.
Abstract
There is a close correlation between diabetes and COVID-19.Many studies have found that the incidence of diabetes is significantly increased during the epidemic of COVID-19.SARS-CoV-2 infection may be a risk factor for diabetes.Based on the literature review,the paper analyzes the potential pathological mechanism of the SARS-CoV-2 infection that might result in diabetes.SARS-CoV-2 infection might lead to insulin secretion disorders and insulin resistance through the inflammatory and immune responses,activation of renin angiotensin aldosterone system,destruction of pancreatic endocrine cells and microvascanular system,or treatment with glucocorticoids.It eventually leads to the onset of diabetes in the patients with potential diabetic tendency.
