摘要
生物膜作为一种天然的生物材料,近年来在纳米药物递送领域受到了广泛关注.由于其独特的生物相容性和可调控性,生物膜能够有效地提高药物递送的靶向性和降低免疫反应.本文综述了生物膜在纳米药物递送中的应用,包括红细胞膜、白细胞膜、血小板膜、巨噬细胞膜及细菌膜等在内的不同类型生物膜的研究进展,探讨了其在肿瘤治疗、免疫调节和感染控制中的潜力,并展望了未来的研究方向和应用前景.
Abstract
In recent years,biofilm,as a natural biomaterial,has gained significant attention in the field of nano-drug delivery.Its unique biocompatibility and controllability make it a promising tool for enhancing drug targeting and reducing immune responses.This paper provides a comprehensive review of the use of biofilm in nano-drug delivery,covering various types of biofilms such as erythrocyte membrane,leukocyte membrane,platelet membrane,macrophage membrane,and bacterial membrane.We also discuss its potential applications in tumor treatment,immunomodulation,and infection control,as well as future research directions and potential prospects for its utilization.
