细菌在疾病治疗与药物递送领域的研究进展

摘要
细菌与人类的健康和疾病有着密切的联系,不仅参与人体一系列重要的生理活动,还与许多疾病的发生与发展密切相关.近年来,细菌已被广泛研究用于多种疾病的治疗.由于细菌具有增殖迅速、能在组织内定植、易于进行基因改造和修饰等特性,基于活菌的药物递送在疾病治疗方面也展示出良好前景.本文将阐述细菌在不同疾病中的治疗应用,介绍细菌用于药物递送以治疗疾病的研究进展,以期为开发基于细菌的疾病疗法和药物递送系统提供参考.
Abstract
Bacteria play a crucial role in human health and disease,not only by carrying out essential physiological functions in the body,but also by influencing the development and progression of many diseases.In recent years,bacteria have been widely studied for the treatment of various diseases.Due to their rapid growth,ability to colonize tissues,and potential for genetic modification,live bacteria-based drug delivery systems have shown promise in the treatment of diseases.This paper highlights the therapeutic applications of bacteria in different diseases and discusses the progress made in utilizing them for drug delivery in disease treatment.This review aims to provide a valuable resource for advancement of bacterial-based therapies and drug delivery systems for diseases.
