近年来,植入式心脏电子设备的临床使用迅速增加.该装置主要由脉冲发生器和电极导线组成,包括人工心脏起搏器和植入式心律转复除颤器.本文旨在通过对心脏起搏除颤技术知识的深入学习和手术步骤的解析,遵循ICD-9-CM-3的分类原则对相应的手术编码进行归纳总结,为编码工作提供参考.编码人员应与时俱进,除了掌握临床基础知识还需不断学习新项目新技术,仔细审查病历,确保编码准确,使医疗信息全面准确地呈现.
Abstract
In recent years,there has been a rapid increase in the clinical use of implantable cardiac electronic devices.These devices consist mainly of electronic components such as pulse generators and electrode leads,encompassing artificial cardi-ac pacemakers and implantable cardioverter defibrillators.This article focuses on the clinical understanding of cardiac pacing and defibrillation technology,providing an analysis of the operational procedures.It adheres to the classification principles of ICD-9-CM-3 for organizing and summarizing corresponding codes,offering a valuable reference for coding work.Coding personnel are re-quired to maintain a thorough grasp of the latest clinical technological advancements,adhere to the principles of surgical classifica-tion,and diligently review medical records to ensure accurate coding and comprehensive representation of medical information.
