Objective To explore the influence of DRG performance reform on a tertiary hospital,and provide refer-ences for the high-quality development of hospitals under DRG reform.Methods The method of intermittent time series analysis was used to select relevant indicators of medical expenses,medical income structure,and medical service quality,and its influ-ence of DRG performance reform was analyzed.Results After the DRG performance reform,the hospital payment gap increased by 1.65 million yuan per month,the cost consumption index decreased by 0.01 yuan per month,the average hospitalization cost instantly decreased by 706 yuan,the proportion of drugs instantly decreased by 2.69％,the proportion of medical services in-stantly increased by 2.96％,and the infection rate of class Ⅰ incisions instantly decreased by 0.23％.However,there was an in-creasing trend in the proportion of hospital consumption,with an increase in outpatient expenses and a monthly increase of 1.54％in the proportion of severe complications and comorbidities.Conclusion After the implementation of the DRG perform-ance reform,the average hospitalization fee of sample hospitals has been effectively controlled,the cost structure has been more optimized,and the quality of medical treatment has been improved.However,consumable management still faces challenges,and the risk of decomposing hospitalization and high coding needs to be vigilant.It is necessary to further improve the DRG per-formance evaluation system,reasonably set consumption control indicators,and strengthen supervision,assessment,and guid-ance on alienated medical behavior.
