目的 通过构建科学合理的医院临床科室运营效率评价体系,为医院发展提供决策依据.方法 基于某院2023年1-12月51个住院科室的医疗数据,从工作量、工作效率与收入结构3个维度选取6项评价指标,应用TOP-SIS 法进行运营效率评价.结果 脊柱外科、眼科、胃肠外科一病区得分较高,是医院的优势科室,综合得分指数分别为0.709、0.706、0.705.骨肿瘤科、口腔颌面外科、医学美容与烧伤整形外科得分较低,是劣势科室,综合得分指数分别为0.133、0.127、0.106.结论 利用专家评分法和TOPSIS法进行住院科室绩效评价,结果与实际情况吻合,可以将该指标体系与医院绩效考核相结合,对贡献大的住院科室给予绩效激励,对弱势科室分析其原因,提供发展依据.
Objective To construct a scientific and reasonable operation efficiency evaluation system of hospital clinical departments,so as to provide decision-making basis for hospital development.Methods Based on the medical data of 51 inpa-tient departments from January to December 2023,6 evaluation indicators were selected from the three dimensions of workload,work efficiency and income structure,and the TOPSIS method was applied to evaluate the operational efficiency.Results The departments of spinal surgery,ophthalmology and the first ward of gastrointestinal surgery had high scores and were the superior departments of the hospital,with the comprehensive score index 0.709,0.706 and 0.705 respectively.The departments of bone oncology,oral and maxillofacial surgery,medical cosmetic and burn plastic surgery had lower scores and were the inferior depart-ments,with he comprehensive score 0.133,0.127 and 0.106 respectively.Conclusion The use of expert scoring method and TOPSIS method for inpatient department performance evaluation resulted in findings that matched the actual situation.The indica-tor system can be combined with hospital performance appraisal to provide performance incentives for strong departments and pro-vide development basis for weak departments.
