藏药甘青虎耳草化学成分研究

Study on chemical composition from Tibetan herbal medicine Saxifraga tangutica

目的:对藏药甘青虎耳草全草化学成分进行系统分离鉴定.方法:利用普通硅胶柱色谱和聚酰胺柱色谱等方法进行分离、纯化,利用超导核磁共振(NMR)、质谱(MS)等现代波谱技术确定其结构.结果:从甘青虎耳草的乙醇(95%)提取物中分离得到6个化合物,经波谱方法鉴定,其结构被确定为:槲皮素(Ⅰ),槲皮素-3-O-β-D-半乳糖糖苷(Ⅱ),槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅲ),槲皮素-3-O-β-D-半乳糖-7-O-β-D葡萄糖苷(Ⅳ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅴ),胡萝卜苷(Ⅵ).结论:这6种成分均为首次从该种植物中分离得到.
Objective: To isolate and identify the composition from the whole plant of Saxifraga tangutica, which has been used as traditional herb medicine in the treatment of some diseases. Methods: These compounds were isolated by column chromatography and their structures were elucidated through spectroscopic analysis (NMR and MS). Results: Six compounds were isolated and identified as: quercetin (I), quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (H), quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (ID), quercetin-3-O- β -D-galactoside-7-O- β -D-glucoside (IV), β -sitosterol (V), dausterol (VI). Conclusion: All these compounds were obtained from Saxifraga tangutica first time.
