慢性肾炎“肾虚非本证”刍议

现代中医的“慢性肾小球疾病辨证试行方案”认为慢性肾小球肾炎病本多属于“虚”、病标多夹有“邪”.但有医者误解此方案,临证遇及慢性肾炎,一概以“肾虚”治之,忽略了其实证的辨证.然“治病必先求于本”,作者认为慢性肾小球肾炎之本乃是其病机,应审症求因,将证候的病因、病性、病位、病情、病势综合起来做出全面而统一的阐释,这才是正确的辨证思路,切莫混淆了“本虚证”之本(内脏为本)与“治病求本”之本(以病机为本)的概念,将慢性肾炎一概“从虚论治”.
Abstract
Traditional Chinese medicine tentative plan on diagnosis and treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis at present suggests that basic syndromes belong to deficiency,and other syndromes belong to evil.But some doctors misunderstand this scheme; they treated the chronic glomerulonephritis always with tonifying therapy and without removing the evil.Therefore,the principal cause should be made by a comprehensive and uniform interpretation from analyzing of etiology of the syndrome,character,location,condition,and so on.Do not confuse the concept ‘the deficiency' of the (visceral for this) and ‘search for the primary cause of disease in treatment' (in the pathogenesis of the chronic glomerulonephritis),do not take ‘treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis through strengthening the kidney' as the generalized.
