情志刺激致病四段式模式假说的提出及其意义

摘要
文章提出情志刺激致病四段式模式假说,假说内涵要点为:生活事件是引发情志刺激的始发因素;个体心理、生理特点是形成情志刺激的关键;体内激素和神经递质相关活性物质含量和功能改变是情志刺激导致脏腑气机紊乱而致病的主要微观机制;个体个性特征是情志刺激致病产生何种病证的重要影响因素.适用范围是由外源性情志刺激引发或诱发的情志病证,不适用于已有宿疾在身,进而表现出情志异常的情志病证.本假说创新七情内伤学说,为有效防治情志病证提供新的理论导向.
Abstract
In the paper,the hypothesis of emotional stimulation pathogenic four-stage pattern was put forward.Firstly,life events were originating factors of emotional stimulation.Secondly,individual psychological and physiological characteristics were the key factors of emotional stimulation.Thirdly,the changes of content and function of the relevant active substance of hormones and neurotransmitters in the body were the main micro-mechanism that the emotional stimulation caused the visceral qi movement turbulence.Fourthly,personality characteristics were important factors of emotional stimulation that caused which diseases and syndrome.The applicability of this hypothesis was that the emotional disorders were initiated or caused by emotional stimulations of external source,not by pre-existing disease.With the hypothesis of emotional stimulation pathogenic four-stage pattern,there will be innovation in the theory of internal injury caused by excess of seven emotions and a new orientation to effective prevention and cure emotional disorders.
