谢强教授“醍醐灌顶针灸术”治疗慢性咽炎经验

摘要
谢强教授认为经络失调、任督失和是慢性咽炎发病的经络学基础,任督失于交通,经气不和,水火不济,任阴不能上承,督阳之火上犯咽部,则可致咽部干燥不利而为病.治疗强调以交通任督、重在调任为重要原则,采用“醍醐灌顶”针灸法.针刺取穴以取廉泉、天突、气海、中脘等任脉腧穴为主,百会、大椎等督脉腧穴为辅,结合局部取穴和辨证取穴,以“从阴引阳”,交通任督.配合灸疗涌泉穴,以引火归元.
Abstract
Professor XIE Qiang thinks that the basic pathogenesis of chronic pharyngitis is meridian disorders and Conception Vessel and Governor Vessel estranged.Conception Vessel and Governor Vessel lost coordination,meridian-qi discord,disharmony between water and fire,Ren-yin can not raise up,and the fire of Du-yang may cause throat dry,which will lead to the disease.The treatment emphasizes keeping coordination between Conception Vessel and Governor Vessel as an important principle,as well as ‘enlightening acupuncture method’.The acupoints are selected as main acupuncture points in Conception Vessel,such as Lianquan (RN23),Tiantu (RN22),Qihai (RN6),Zhongwan (RN12),etc.and the acupoints are selected as the complementary in Governor Vessel,such as Dazhui (DU14),Baihui (DU20),which should be combined with local acupoints and acupoints selection based on syndrome differentiation,so as to ‘lead from the yin and yang’,and keep coordination between Conception Vessel and Governor Vessel.And moxibustion in Yongquan (KI1) could be used to lead fire back to its origin.
