国产沉香与白木香X射线衍射指纹图谱比较及相似度分析

目的:采用XRD技术对国产沉香与白木香进行分析,建立国产沉香X射线衍射Fourier指纹图谱分析方法.方法:对8批国产沉香药材和白木香进行X射线衍射,并按2θ进行相似度计算与分析.结果:通过对8批国产沉香药材和白木香X射线衍射图谱进行计算和分析,发现8批国产沉香的相似度在0.9096-0.9601之间,而白木香(0.7917)与沉香的相似度较低并且在X射线衍射图谱2θ为10°-20°之间有明显的差异.结论:粉末X射线衍射Fourier指纹图谱鉴定法可用于国产沉香药材的鉴定与分析,相似度的计算结果可用于该药材的质量评价.
Comparison of X-ray diffraction Fourier fingerprint pattern and similarity analysis of Chinese agarwood and Aquilaria sinensis
Objective:To study Chinese agarwood and Aquilaria sinensis by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and establish the identification method of Chinese agarwood.Methods:Eight sorts of Chinese eaglewood and Aquilaria sinensis were analyzed and the fingerprint patterns were determined by X-ray diffraction.The degree of different fingerprint patterns was calculated and analyzed according to the position (2θ) of peaks searched.Results:The similarity of eight sorts of Chinese agarwood was high,which was between 0.9096 and 0.9601,while Aquilaria sinensis (0.7917) and Chinese agarwood in the 2θ(10°-20°) were different in the spectrogram.The similarity of Chinese agarwood and Aquilaria sinensis was low.Conclusion:X-ray diffraction Fourier fingerprint can be used for identification and analysis on Chinese eaglewood,and the results of similarity calculation can be used for quality evaluation.
