Study on chemical components of Radix Sanguisorbae and its proliferation activity to M-NFS-60 cell
Objective:To study the effective constituent to rise white blood cell from Radix Sanguisorbae.Methods:Screening the effective parts of Radix Sanguisorbae from mice leukopenia model induced by cyclophosphamide for elevated white blood cell;separated and purificated ingredients by polyamide,silicagel,SephadexLH-20 and ODS column;determined the structure through physical,chemical constants and spectrum analysis,and using the M-NFS-60 cells to research the effect of elevating white blood cell.Results:Eight triterpene glycosides from the effective parts of Radix Sanguisorbae were isolated.They were 3β,19α-dihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid 28-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅰ),2α,3β,19β-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid 28-β-D-galactopyranosyl ester (Ⅱ),3β-[(α-L-Ara-binopyranosyl)oxy]-urs-12,18-dien-28-oic acid 28-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (Ⅲ),3β,19α-hydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid 28-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅲ),kaji-ichigoside F1 (Ⅴ),ziyu glycoside Ⅰ (Ⅵ),3β-[(α-L-Arabinopyranosyl)oxy]-23-hydroxyurs-12,19(29)-dien-28-oic acid 28-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (Ⅶ),3β-[(α-L-Arabinopyranosyl) oxy]-urs-11,13(18)-dien-28-oic acid 28-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (Ⅷ).Through the cell experiment,the compounds Ⅰ and Ⅵ could promote the proliferation of M-NFS-60 cell.Conclusion:The ethyl acetate part of sanguisorba has obviously elevated white blood cells,and the main effective components are compound Ⅰ and compound Ⅵ.
