Effects of modified Yanghe Decoction in treating endotoxin-induced lung injury with fungal infection
Objective:To study the synergistic effect of Yanghe Decoction in treating endotoxin-induced lung injury with fungal infection.Methods:Thirty-two patients with endotoxin-induced lung injury with fungal infection were randomly divided into 2 groups,patients in control group were treated with anti-fungal and other conventional comprehensive treatment,and patients in treatment group were treated with Yanghe Decoction based on the anti-fungal and other conventional comprehensive treatment.The changes of neutrophil count and blood and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid G were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:In the treatment group,the neutrophil level in the peripheral blood was significantly improved at each observation time point compared with the control group (P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,there were significant differences in the number of G-test results of peripheral blood and alveolar lavage fluid in the treatment group (P＜0.05),and the results of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid were significantly different (P＜0.01).Conclusion:Application of modified Yanghe and decoction combined with anti-fungal drugs in treating lung injury with fungal infection could improve the curative effect.
