“读眼术”是运用中医思维打开情志疾病的大门
‘Clairvoyance’: Open doors of modern disease using traditional Chinese medicine thinking method

摘要
如今情志疾病已得到社会的广泛重视,然而情志疾病患者的眼神研究迄今尚未有深入的探索.笔者从中医学中的望目诊和心理学对眼睛结构的论述——两个不同视角解读眼神的奥秘,结合自身的阅读、实践以及跟师临床经验,现将姜德友教授运用“读眼术”与中医临床思维相结合的临证案例进行总结,以期在临床上通过观察患者眼睛的神、色、形、态的变化对诊断情志疾病提供更多新的思路.
Abstract
Now emotional illness has received extensive attention from society.However patients with emotional disorders of eye research has yet to have an in-depth exploration.The author will be from the aspects of eyes diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine and the study of eyes' structure in psychology to interpret eyes-two different perspectives on the mystery of the eyes.Combined with my reading,practice and clinical experiences,now summarize the case which professor JIANG De-you uses a combination of ‘clairvoyance'and the clinical thinking.With a view to clinical practice by observing eye of air,color,shape,dynamic changes in the diagnosis of disease offer more new ideas.
