摘要
中药药效物质是其发挥治疗作用的基础,明确中药的药效物质基础是构建中药"多成分、多靶点、多机制"整体观特色研究模式、深入阐明中药药理机制的关键环节.随着质谱相关新技术、新方法在中药药效物质研究领域的广泛应用,为快速、有效、全面表征中药药效物质提供了有益途径,但仍面临巨大挑战.因此,文章通过梳理基于质谱技术表征中药药效物质的研究进展和挑战,旨在为相关领域研究提供参考.
Abstract
The medicinal substances are the basis for the therapeutic effects of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and the key media in constructing a holistic research model of multi-component,multi-target,and multi-mechanism.With the widespread applications of modem mass spectrometry and its coupling technologies,beneficial approaches have been provided for the rapid,effective,and comprehensive characterizations of the medicinal substances of TCM,but which still face enormous challenges.Therefore,this article aims to provide references for related researches by reviewing the research progress and challenges in the characterizations of medicinal substances in TCM based on mass spectrometry.
