中医证动物模型的发展现状、问题与对策思考

摘要
中医证动物模型是中医证本质研究的重要工具,目前模型构建手段、评价方法等已初步具备发展的基础条件,但由于存在缺乏中医思维、忽视技术细节且粗浅发展、缺少公认的评价标准等问题,中医证动物模型的构建仍处于探索阶段,针对上述问题遵循中医思维,把握证本质研究的方向,完善中医证动物模型构建的技术规范,建立中医证动物模型信息库,以中医药理论为指导,借助现代科学技术及动物实验科学知识,完善中医证动物模型的构建,有助于进一步推动中医药现代化的研究.
Abstract
Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)animal model is an important experimental tool for the study of the essence of TCM evidence,although the current model construction means,evaluation methods and other aspects have initially had the basic conditions for development,but due to the lack of TCM thinking,neglect of technical details,superficial development,lack of recognized evaluation standards and other problems,the construction of TCM animal model is still in the exploratory stage,in view of the above problems follow TCM thinking,grasp the direction of research on the essence of TCM,improve the construction specifications of TCM animal model,and establish the TCM animal model information database.Guided by the theory of TCM,with the help of modern science and technology and scientific knowledge of laboratory animals,the construction of animal models of TCM is improved,which is conducive to further promoting the research of modernization of TCM.
