中医古籍临床效价体系探索与构建

摘要
效者,为之法;价者,经千载以待价.中医古籍所蕴含理法方药信息是现代中医临床疗效之根脉.文章试从医经医理指导临床实践、治则治法规划临床路径、经典名方临床运用拓展、传统药性味效临床新解、药物警戒安全防控措施及原创经络针灸实质探求六个维度进行阐释,尤以肿瘤科疾病为具体范例,探索并初步构建中医古籍临床效价体系.
Abstract
Effective,for the law;value,after thousands of years to wait for the value.The information of theory,method,prescription and medicine contained in ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine is the root of clinical curative effect of modern Chinese medicine.This article tries to explain from six dimensions:Clinical practice under the guidance of medical classics,clinical path planning according to therapeutic principles and methods,clinical application development of classical famous prescriptions,new clinical interpretation of traditional medicinal properties and flavor,prevention and drug alert safety prevention and control measures,and exploration of the essence of original meridian acupuncture and moxibustion,taking oncology as an example,the author explores and initially constructs the clinical value system of ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine.
