基于古今医案的中医传承真实世界研究方法探讨
Discussion on the real-world study method of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance based on ancient and modern medical cases

摘要
真实世界研究是基于真实的医疗实践场景开展的临床研究.古今医案作为真实世界中医生诊疗患者疾病并记录患者信息、临床表现、预后情况的真实记录,不仅对干预方法的有效性进行了真实的记载,也反映了中医医家辨证、立法、处方用药的经验与思想.文章从古今医案大数据的证据价值、中医传承的真实世界研究方法等方面,探讨如何通过真实世界研究,使医案中包含的名医经验上升为循证证据,实现中医药精华的有效传承.
Abstract
Real-world study(RWS)is clinical research conducted based on real medical practice scenarios.As real records of real-world doctors treating patients'diseases and recording patient information,clinical manifestations,and prognosis,ancient and modern medical cases not only provide real records of the effectiveness of intervention methods,but also reflect the experience and ideas of Chinese medical practitioners in identifying evidence,legislating,and prescribing medicine.This paper discussed how to make the experience of famous doctors contained in medical cases rise into evidence-based evidence through RWS,and realize the effective inheritance of the essence of traditional Chinese medicine from the evidence value of big data of ancient and modern medical cases and the RWS method of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance.
