中医外科学术流派研究评述
Comment on the academic schools of traditional Chinese medicine surgery

摘要
传统的中医外科派别划分主要有三种,即三分法、五分法、九分法,略以三分法影响较大.随着地域性医学流派研究的发展,外科派别研究受到了来自地域角度的审视.但整体而言,中医外科学术流派的研究仍有诸多问题亟待解决.现有的外科派别划分方案中,涉及到的外科著作只有少数几种,这与现存的外科古籍数量极不相称.或许,从梳理古籍文献的角度来重新认识外科派别,会是一个可探索的方案.
Abstract
There are three traditional Chinese medicine surgical sects,i.e.the three-point method,the five-point method and the nine-point method,of which the slightly three-point method has a greater impact.With the development of regional medical school research,surgical school research has been examined from a regional perspective.However,there are still many problems to be solved.In the existing classification scheme of surgical factions,only a few surgical works are involved,which is extremely disproportionate to the number of existing surgical ancient books.Perhaps a new understanding of the surgical school from the perspective of reviewing ancient literature would be an exploratory approach.
