从出土医学文献看《黄帝内经》中的经脉系统

摘要
中医学元典《黄帝内经》自诞生以来,上下五千年,相关研究著作、论文可谓层出不穷,其作为后世经脉医学之祖,源远流长.然而经脉的起源与流派是多元化的,至今流传最广,成为权威学说的理论便是《灵枢·经脉》所形成的十二经脉系统"阴阳相贯,如环无端".而其他流派的经脉系统或因为社会、政治、文化等因素失传而埋没于历史的长河中.文章从出土医学文献的角度,结合传世的《黄帝内经》文本,试图梳理《黄帝内经》秦汉时期所蕴含的数种经脉系统,如阴脉阳脉系统、六脉系统、十脉系统、十一脉系统等,为经脉医学的传承和创新提供借鉴.
Abstract
It has been five thousand years since Huangdi Neijing was born.Its research works and papers emerged endlessly.It has a long history as the ancestor of meridian medicine in later generations.However,the origin and schools of meridians are diversified,so far the most widely spread,and authoritative theory is the twelve meridians system formed by Lingshu·Meridian,which is connected with yin and yang,just like the ring without cause.Other schools of meridians are lost and buried in history because of social,political,cultural factors and so on.From the perspective of unearthed documents,combined with the text of Huangdi Neijing,this article attempts to comb out several meridian systems contained in Huangdi Neijing during the Qin and Han dynasties,such as the yin and yang meridian system,the six meridian system,the ten meridian system,and the eleven meridian system,to provide reference for the inheritance and innovation of meridian medicine.
