摘要
《难经》载:"知为针者信其左,不知为针者信其右",古人将是否重视"左手"作为"知针者"的判断标准,文章重点探讨押手在取穴过程中的重要作用,笔者根据经典文献溯源、临床经验总结,结合国内外研究进展,提出取穴可分为号穴、揣穴、扣穴3个过程,号穴:诊察穴象,指导选穴;揣穴:摸骨循筋,精准定穴;扣穴:固定穴位,协助导气.押手在穴位诊断、穴位选取以及穴位针刺等环节中均发挥了重要作用,是提高针刺疗效的重要环节.
Abstract
The phrase'those who know how to use the needle believe in the left hand,those who do not know how to use the needle believe in the right hand'put forward in the book Nanjing.The pressing hand,also known as the left hand,is crucial to the operation of acupuncture.This paper focused on the pressing hand's crucial role in choosing acupuncture acupoints.We propose that the three processes of Hao xue,Chuai xue,and Kou xue can be used to selecting acupuncture acupoints.The Hao xue helps to identify the acupuncture point and direct the choice of acupuncture points.The Chuai xue helps to properly identify the acupuncture points by feeling the bones and following the tendons.The Kou xue helps to fix the acupuncture points and direct the qi.One of the key elements impacting acupuncture's effectiveness is the pressing hand,which is crucial in the diagnosis of acupuncture sites,the choice of acupuncture points,and the needling of acupuncture points.
