慢性胃炎患者中医面型特征研究
Study on the facial features of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with chronic gastritis

摘要
目的:探讨慢性胃炎患者的面型特征.方法:应用便携式面诊检测系统采集慢性胃炎患者(99例)及健康人群(107名)的面部图像,对面部标志点间距离进行测量并计算面型指数,比较两组之间面型指数的差异.结果:与健康人群组比较,慢性胃炎组形态面指数、容貌上面指数、容貌上面高指数显著升高(P＜0.05),额面指数、额顶宽指数、颧下颌宽指数、颧额宽指数、鼻指数、唇指数显著降低(P＜0.05),容貌面指数和头面宽指数差异无统计学意义.结论:慢性胃炎患者面型特征与健康人群相比存在差异,慢性胃炎患者面型具体表现为额部窄短、下颌窄、中庭长、鼻窄、唇薄的特征,可为该疾病的诊断提供面诊客观依据.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the facial features of patients with chronic gastritis.Methods:Portable face diagnosis detection system was used to collect the facial images of patients with chronic gastritis(99 cases)and healthy people(107 cases).The distance between facial markers was measured and the face type index was calculated.The difference of face type index between the two groups was compared.Results:Compared with the healthy group,the morphological face index,facial face index and facial face height index in chronic gastritis group increased significantly(P＜0.05),while the frontal face index,forehead width index,zygomatic jaw width index,zygomatic forehead width index,nose index and lip index decreased significantly(P＜0.05),but there was no significant difference between facial face index and head face width index.Conclusion:There are differences in facial features between patients with chronic gastritis and healthy people.The facial features of patients with chronic gastritis are narrow forehead,narrow jaw,long middle court,narrow nose and thin lips,which can provide an objective basis for the diagnosis of this disease.
