国医大师洪广祥"治肺须活血"治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病经验

摘要
国医大师洪广祥教授钻研中医肺系疾病数十年,认为痰瘀伏肺是慢性肺系疾病发病的重要因素,气阳虚弱是发病之本.临证发现,慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者常伴有血瘀表现,如面色晦暗、唇舌紫暗、爪甲暗紫、舌下络脉紫暗等征象;文章总结了洪广祥教授运用"治肺须活血"理论治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病临证经验,其中包括三层含义:气机不利致血瘀内阻、宿痰伏肺致血瘀内伏、阳虚阴盛致血瘀不化."治肺须活血"与"治肺不远温"思想融合,将能够更好地指导并运用于临床.
Abstract
TCM master HONG Guangxiang,had been studying lung diseases in traditional Chinese medicine for decades.He believes that phlegm and blood stasis in the lungs is an important factor in the pathogenesis of chronic lung diseases,and deficiency of qi and yang is the root of the pathogenesis.Clinical findings showed that patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD)were often accompanied by blood stasis and other manifestations.Such as the patient's dark complexion,dark lips and tongue,dark claws,dark sublingual complexions and other signs;the article summarizes professor HONG Guangxiang's clinical experience in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with the academic idea of'treating the lungs and promoting blood circulation',which includes three meanings:blood stasis and internal resistance due to unfavorable qi,the accumulation of phlegm in the lung causes the accumulation of blood stasis,blood stasis due to yang deficiency and yin prosperous.Integrating the academic thought of'treating the lungs and promoting blood circulation'and the thought of'treating the lungs without far-reaching temperature'can better guide and apply them in clinical practice.
