国医大师许润三方从法出辨治绝经前后诸证经验撷英

摘要
绝经前后诸证是困扰围绝经期女性身心健康的重要疾病之一,许多患者因顾及西医激素替代治疗的不良反应而进退维艰,中医药因其禁忌证和不良反应相对较少而备受青睐.面对纷繁复杂的绝经前后诸证,国医大师许润三遵从"方从法出、法随证立、方证相应"的原则,以"五脏阴虚,内热熏扰"为主证,以"燮理阴阳、清热安神"为大法,以张仲景经方为主,酌情选用二仙汤等有效时方,在治疗绝经前后诸证方面独树一帜、屡获奇效.文章探讨国医大师许润三辨治绝经前后诸证的学术思想和临床经验,为临床治疗提供参考.
Abstract
Menopausal disorders is one of the important diseases that plaguing the physical and mental health of perimenopausal women.Many patients are in a difficult situation because of the side effects of hormone replacement therapy.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)now has taken the spotlight in dealing with menopausal disorders,due to relatively few contraindications and adverse reactions.TCM master XU Runsan has extensive experience in treatment of menopausal disorders.In the face of complicated symptoms during menopause,Master XU complies with the principle of'TCM prescription based on therapeutic principle,therapeutic principle based on TCM syndrome',and considers'yin deficiency in five internal organs then the yang smoked and perturbed'as TCM syndrome,'harmonize the yin and yang then clear internal heat and soothe bothered mind'as therapeutic principle,and classical decoction from TCM sage ZHANG Zhongjing and popular recipe like Er-xian Decoction as representative TCM prescription,which have been magically effective in clinic.Here we summarize the academic thoughts and clinical experience of TCM master XU Runsan in treating menopausal disorders,in order to provide some references and inspirations for clinical treatment.
