李发枝运用经方合方治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜经验

摘要
文章分析了特发性血小板减少性紫癜的病因病机,李发枝认为特发性血小板减少性紫癜的病因病机为虚实寒热错杂,即中气虚寒、失于摄血和火热亢盛、迫血妄行同时并见.针对这种复杂的病机,李发枝教授提出合用《金匮要略》经方柏叶汤、黄土汤、泻心汤,三方切中方证病机并将其命名为出血三方.最后佐验案二则予以分享李发枝教授运用出血三方(柏叶汤、黄土汤、泻心汤)合方治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜的临证经验,希望对中医师临证有所启发.
Abstract
This paper introduce the etiology and pathogenesis of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura.Professor LI Fazhi thought that the etiology and pathogenesis of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura are the cold-heat complex,namely,the'middle qi'is deficient cold and the qi is not taking the blood,and fiery hyperactivity forces the blood to act in a wrong way.To address this complex pathogenesis,he proposed to use Synopsis of the Golden Chamber classical prescriptions Baiye Decoction,Huangtu Decoction,Xiexin Decoction to cut the pathogenesis and prescription syndrome and named them bleeding tripartite medicine.Finally two medical records as evidence to illustrate professor LI's experience in treating idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura with Baiye Decoction,Huangtu Decoction and Xiexin Decoction,hoping to inspire TCM doctors in clinical practice.
