摘要
冠心病之病机总属本虚标实,郭义教授认为瘀血为各标证之首,治疗时尤重气血,将畅气机、化瘀血贯穿始终,以调理气血为本病治疗之中轴,气血并治,以致调和;将本病辨证分为痰浊痹阻证、气血两虚证、气滞血瘀证、气阴两虚证,和而不同,"和"方而治;并主张以人为本,因人制宜,重视患者的情志调理,是郭义教授同病异治的典范.
Abstract
The pathogenesis of coronary heart disease(CHD)is deficiency in origin and excess in manifestations.Professor GUO Yi deems that blood stasis is the first of the manifestations,emphasizes treating qi and blood as the central axis of CHD treatment,with smoothing qi and eliminating blood stasis throughout the whole treatment,so as to achieve the harmony between qi and blood;divides CHD into phlegm obstruction syndrome,qi and blood deficiency syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,and qi and yin deficiency syndrome,and treats each with the synthetization of several classic prescriptions;and advocates the people-oriented approach and individualized treatment,attaching importance to the emotional conditioning of patients.Professor GUO Yi's experience in treating CHD is an excellent model of different treatments for the same disease.
