Construction and application of ZHANG Shengsheng's innovative ideas to differentiate and treat chronic atrophic gastritis and precancerous lesions of gastric cancer through'Tiaotai Xiaozheng'
Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)and precancerous lesions of gastric cancer(PLGC)are common and difficult diseases of the digestive system.Deepening the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of CAG and PLGC can not only enrich the theoretical research system of traditional Chinese medicine, but also help to guide clinical treatment.Professor ZHANG Shengsheng has rich experience in the treatment of CAG and PLGC,and summarizes the key pathogenesis of CAG and PLGC as'Five main states and key Zheng masses',namely'deficiency, turbidity, stagnation, stasis, toxin and Zheng masses'.Weakness of the spleen and stomach is the fundamental pathogenesis;Turbidity, stagnation, stasis and toxins are the important pathological conditions of CAG and PLGC;Zheng masses is the target of the disease.Based on this pathogenesis, professor ZHANG Shengsheng puts forward six methods of syndrome differentiation and treatment, namely'Five main states and key Zheng masses',including'regulating deficiency state, regulating turbidity state, regulating stagnation state, regulating stasis state, regulating toxin state and eliminating Zheng masses',to provide new thinking for the syndrome differentiation and treatment of this disease.
